What you may do

- Share a link to a page on this site (e.g. on social media).
- Quote a single image with visible credit ("© Lens of Fariha") and a link back to this site for the purpose of editorial review, criticism, or commentary, consistent with fair use.
What you may not do
- Download, copy, reproduce, or republish any image without prior written permission.
- Use any image for commercial purposes — including advertising, merchandise, stock libraries, or paid editorial.
- Use any image, in whole or in part, as training data for machine-learning or generative-AI systems.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any watermark, credit, metadata, or copyright notice.
- Mirror, scrape, or bulk-archive the site or its galleries.
Client license
Clients who book a session receive a separate, written photography agreement. That agreement typically grants:
- A non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the delivered images for personal use (prints, albums, social media posts, personal websites).
- Permission to repost on social media provided that Lens of Fariha is tagged (@lensofariha) and any watermark or visible credit is preserved.
Commercial use, resale, sub-licensing, and submission to contests or stock platforms remain reserved unless explicitly granted in writing.
Site code & layout
The HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and visual design of this site are also © Lens of Fariha. They are not released under an open-source license. Please ask before reusing any portion.

Reporting infringement
